  • How do I pay rent?

Log in to your Resident Portal and click the ‘Pay Now’ button. You may also click the ‘Set up Autopay’ button to set up a monthly recurring payment from your bank account. Using a credit card to autopay will result in an additional 3% convenience fee.

  • What do I do if I want to sublet my apartment?

You are permitted to sublet your apartment as long as the subletter meets our standard income and credit score criteria. It is your responsibility to find the subletter. They will then need to apply through Appfolio and be approved by the property manager. Please contact your property manager for more information before beginning this process.

  • What are the move-in policies?

You will be able to move-in to your apartment at 3pm on the first day of your lease. You must provide proof of rental insurance and utility set-up prior to this date. Entry instructions will be provided prior to your move-in.  Please be careful when propping open any gates/doors as tenant security is always a top priority.

  • What are the move-out policies?

You are required to be moved-out by 10am on the last day of your lease. Please leave all keys (unit, building, mail, etc.) and garage door openers (if applicable) on the counter of your unit before leaving for the final time. All garbage/furniture/personal belongings must be removed from the unit. Leaving anything behind for our staff to throw away may result in a fine of up to $50 per article left behind. Don’t forget to end your utility service at this address.
